Charger Configuration

Choose the charger integration, enter its connection details, and verify communication before charging.

Charger compatibility

Alfen Eve Pro-line / Single Pro-line uses the Alfen integration. Follow the Alfen settings checklist for the charger-side requirements.

Other charger integrations may appear in Settings with experimental support. Check the model, connection requirements and support status before buying a license. An available adapter or a successful connection test does not establish that the charger has been qualified.

Connection Checklist

For the built-in Alfen profile, use the Alfen Settings Checklist chapter in this guide before debugging Phaeton Auto mode thresholds.

  • Confirm the charger is online.
  • Enable Modbus TCP on the charger.
  • Enter the charger IP address or hostname.
  • Use the charger profile test before saving.
  • For the built-in Alfen profile, use Test Alfen Control to confirm the charger accounts for Phaeton's current setpoint.

Integration settings

Choose the named integration under Settings, then Charger & installation. Only the connection fields for that integration are shown. The app does not provide a custom register or profile editor.
