Activation

Activate Phaeton online through the portal or offline with a signed license file.

License Types

Each physical charger requires its own home or commercial license. Licenses are perpetual, with no subscription.
A home license covers private household use. A commercial license covers use by a business or organization.
New home licenses are paid. Existing issued free licenses remain permanent; only eligible existing accounts can still claim a free license within the deadline shown in the portal.
The zero-power demo is free and simulated. It does not permit physical charging or need activation.
Select a license you own or are authorized to manage. The selected license determines the home or commercial use rights, including when an approved installer activates it for a customer.

Open the Phaeton activation page.
Select Activate online.
Open the portal link and sign in.
Select the intended license and approve the installation. If you need a license, open the portal's pricing page; eligible free claims appear in your license overview.
Return to Phaeton and wait for the signed license to install.

Download license-request.json from the activation page.
Move it to a computer that can reach the portal.
Select a license you own or are authorized to manage, then sign the request to obtain license.json.
Upload license.json back into the local Phaeton activation page.
