Households

Additional-home pricing requires a valid first or retained free home license for the same household. An additional-only license does not qualify another purchase.

Commercial use

Commercial licenses permit business use of the same implemented product. They do not add fleet billing, remote monitoring or site-wide load allocation.

Installer credits

Installer credit packs and their prices are shown to signed-in installer accounts. Sign in with your installer account, or contact Virtunet to become a partner.

Free zero-power demo

Try an isolated simulated charger with zero power. Physical charging requires a license. Installation and compatibility

What a license includes

Local charging controls, GX integration and the web interface. Current updates and licensing/payment assistance are included. No subscription or expiry; no setup-support commitment or SLA.

Current update access does not promise every future feature upgrade. Statutory remedies remain available.

Direct home purchases include a 30-day refund offer from fulfillment, without a withdrawal-rights waiver. For installer-sold licenses, contact the installer as seller.

Purchases are limited to supported EU VAT territories. Special territories may require separate qualification.
