What you get
- Credits that do not expire, one per charger: for a first home charger, an additional home charger or a commercial charger.
- Activate on site right away, online or with an offline request file, before your customer has claimed the license.
- One overview of your customer installations and their status.
- Managers buy credits and create customer licenses. Members can see and activate your customer installations, but cannot buy or spend credits.
Your customer owns the license
- Each license is in your customer's name. Your customer claims it with your claim link and decides whether you keep access.
- A claim link expires after seven days and can be replaced. The license itself does not expire.
- Your customer can appoint or remove an installer later, without a new credit or a new activation.
Selling Phaeton
- You buy credits from Virtunet and sell to your customer on your own invoice, at your own price. There is no subscription and no annual partner fee.
- Household customers get a 30-day refund offer, which they ask you for as their seller.
- Credits are sold to businesses in the EU VAT area, apart from some special territories.
- Help with licensing and payments is included; there is no setup-support commitment or SLA.
How to get an installer account
Sign up with your business name, country, EU VAT ID and work email. Your installer account opens as soon as you confirm the email and shows installer prices. You can buy credits once Stripe has verified your VAT ID in the EU VIES register and your business name matches the name registered there, or once we have approved your business.
